Batavia, N.Y. - A local resident is facing 340 counts of various sex abuse charges, the most serious of which is predatory sexual assault against a child.
The indictment against Michael Lewis, 41, was unsealed in Ontario County court on Wednesday.
The charges stem from four alleged incidents involving two girls.
The abuse allegedly happened at a home in Bloomfield between April of 2010 and November of last year.
Lewis is being held in the Ontario County Jail in lieu of a quarter-million dollars bail.
