Rochester, N.Y. - Several local HSBC bank branches will reopen under a new name Monday.
KeyBank completed its acquisition of 37 HSBC branches in Western New York over the weekend.
Customer accounts were automatically transferred from HSBC to KeyBank.
Other former HSBC branches were bought by First Niagara earlier this year.
