Webster, N.Y.- The power is back on for RG&E customers in Webster and Irondequoit.
Rochester Gas and Electric reports about 4,600 customers lost power in Webster Wednesday afternoon and more than 400 lost power in Irondequoit.
We're told the problem was with an RG&E substation.
