Rochester, N.Y./Cleveland, OH - A Rochester woman is rocking after making history at the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.
Judy Herlihy was the 9 millionth visitor Monday.
The recent retiree and avid music fan was greeted by balloons and given a lifetime membership to the Hall of Fame.
She was also granted a VIP tour and given dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe
