Penfield, N.Y. - The man accused of inappropriately touching and licking girls' feet at a local library has been indicted by a grand jury.
Anthony Perri was indicted in connection with two incidents in Penfield and another in Pittsford.
The 49-year-old was arrested at the Penfield Public Library in July and charged with three counts of sex abuse and three counts of child endangerment.
Police say he took a 6-year-old girl's shoe off, fondled her feet and then pressed her foot against his face.
Perri was also a suspect in similar cases at libraries and book stores in Brighton, Pittsford and Henrietta.
