Jonny, I honestly could care less because I did not see what cyank posted. It seems like you and him are trying to get people all riled up for no apparent reason. Believe me, I´m not going away anytime soon. I enjoy making you respond to every single thing I say. Just goes to show how productive your life is. Go back on Craigslist.

The word Dayton sort of hits you after this incident. For Basketball backet people the Dayton play-in game is on 3/17. Dayton tires are on many service station signs. There is a LAW School in Dayton Ohio. The Dayton Treaty was considered a Democrat Victory in the 90's. These reflections are possible after many hours of prayer for the recovery of this individual.

Jonny, Officer DiPonzio stated that he was looking forward to working again. I know people who have gone through the Brain Injury Unit at St. Mary´s Hospital. If I don´t know what I´m talking about, you must be Papa Smurf.

Best wishes to him and his family! "caringgranny" - DEDUCTIBLES! I cannot imagine that there is a health plan out there that doesn't require co-pays for most services. Unless of course, you are on some type of public assistance and the taxpayers pick up the tab for everything. I think that's what Obama calls "share the wealth" - indeed!

I am not sure of the reason for the "benefit". I would think that a Rochester Policeman shot in the line of duty would have ALL his expenses covered by the department he worked for! I would hope that he would not have ANY out-of-pocket expenses for care, disability benefits, special equipment, etc. If all these things are not covered, why not?

I've been wishing him the *very* best and it appears that *some* wishes come true. This is a genuine bright spot in the news.
