Rochester, N.Y. - An arrest has been made in connection with the death of 16-year-old Raven Cooper.
Rochester Police have charged 20-year-old Chonice Stewart, also known as Chauncey Stewart, of Rochester with 2nd degree murder.
Cooper died after he was shot in the chest in July on Bay Street.
He had been enrolled in an alternative program for at-risk youth.
