Kileen, TX - Police in Texas arrested a man in connection with the death of a soldier from Wyoming County.
Terry Grant Scott, 17, is accused of opening fire on Austin Sampson's car last week.
Sampson, a native of Bliss in Wyoming County, had served in Iraq and was awarded several commendations.
