Attica, N.Y. -- A Wyoming County woman is under arrest after police say she assaulted her two-month-old daughter.
State Police arrested Ann Kozlowski, 25, of Attica Friday for allegedly assaulting the baby last Monday.
The baby suffered a broken leg and fractured ribs and remains hospitalized in Buffalo.
Kozlowski is being held in the Wyoming County Jail. She is scheduled to appear in court next week.
