Rochester, N.Y. - The woman found in a car with a Rochester attorney in August will appear in court Tuesday, October 9.

Alicia Guastaferro, 20, faces charges for allegedly having a fake I.D. and prescription pills when police found her with James Doyle at a rest stop in Pembroke.

State troopers arrested Doyle and charged him with DWI and patronizing a prostitute.

Doyle says Guastaferro is a family friend.
