Rochester, N.Y.- A nine-month old baby transported to Strong Hospital last week after being found unresponsive has died.
Police say the baby was discovered at a home on Hertel Street Thursday morning.
The child was taken to the hospital for treatment. Rochester Police say the baby died on Saturday.
Police say no charges have been filed, the investigation continues.
