Greece, N.Y. -- A Greece man has been charged with assault after allegedly beating another man and causing serious injuries Sunday morning.
Greece Police say they were called to Unity Hospital for a report of a 22-year-old man severely injured. Police say the man was involved in a dispute at 164 Sheraton Drive, and that he was beaten when he left, suffering a broken neck and jaw.
Derrick Robinson, 22, has been charged with second-degree assault. He is being held in the Monroe County Jail on $20,000 bail/$40,000 bond.
The incident is still under investigation.
The victim’s name has not been released. He is still in Strong Memorial Hospital.
