Rochester, N.Y. - The mother of a 7-year old boy killed while playing kickball outside a Rochester school is now suing the city and the school district.
Sahmir Williams was outside School 33 last May when he was hit and killed by an SUV.
His mother claims the city didn't block off the field adequately, and says the school did not adequately supervise her son.
The driver, James Radley, is charged with manslaughter and driving while impaired by drugs.
