Henrietta, N.Y. – RIT invited the community to campus Saturday for the annual festival called Imagine RIT.
Students, faculty and staff were on hand to showcase various projects.
Among the balloons, robots and cars was a station that took up-close pictures of peoples’ irises.
“It creates a great picture, it’s definitely one of the more popular exhibits today,” said RIT student Lyndsay Dias.
Dias says a close picture of the eye can also be used to spot a disease or trauma.
Since its debut in 2008, Imagine RIT has drawn more than 107,000 visitors to campus.
