Fairport, N.Y. - A funeral service was held Thursday for Blake Cognata.
Hundreds of people, including family and friends packed St. John's of Rochester Church Thursday afternoon to say goodbye to the Fairport teenager.
He died Saturday, shortly before his 18th birthday.
Cognata had been fighting a rare form of cancer called Ewing's sarcoma.
Many of his friends and family have taken up one of his sayings -- "Find your strong," and wore yellow in his memory this week.
