Darien Lake, N.Y. - During a concert at Darien Lake Thursday night, Genesee County Sheriff deputies charged a 36-year-old man with harassment, lewdness and criminal impersonation.

Jon A. Naumowicz allegedly urinated on a woman, then got into a fight with her and her male acquaintance.

When officers intervened, Naumowicz displayed a gold badge and identified himself as a Cheektowaga Police Officer.

An investigation revealed that the badge identified Naumowicz as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.

He received an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town Darien Court July 12.
