Brighton, N.Y. - An announcement is slated for Thursday afternoon on a project to improve the Erie Canal Area in Brighton.
It will coincide with the groundbreaking for "The Reserve," a residential community of over 300 homes, planned for an area off South Clinton Avenue between Westfall and Brighton-Henrietta Townline Road.
