Rochester, N.Y. - Testimony continues today in the murder trial of a Brighton man accused of fatally shooting his former roommate.
Max Wyant, 24, is charged in the murder of 21-year-old C.J. Schoen.
The defense intends to show that the victim was suicidal and possibly high on bath salts.
Prosecutors say Schoen was shot in the back by an angry Wyant, who demanded that someone "listen to him."
