Rochester, N.Y. - Testimony is expected to resume Friday in the case of a Brighton man accused of murder.

Max Wyant, 24, is charged with killing his former roommate, 21-year-old C.J. Schoen, in February.

The defense is not denying the shooting, but says the trial is about why Wyant shot Schoen.

The judge stopped testimony Thursday to question jurors. He gave no further details.

He ordered attorneys not to address the media.
