Brighton, N.Y.- 40 firefighters from Rochester and Brighton were called to the scene of a fire at Rustic Village Apartments.
It started around 2:30 p.m. at the complex on East Henrietta Road.
Investigators say the fire started in the walls of a first-floor apartment.
There’s no word yet how many people were displaced but four apartment units were impacted because of either fire or smoke.
We’re told one firefighter suffered a minor injury when equipment fell on him.
No word yet what caused the fire.
