Rochester, N.Y. - Another one-way street in downtown Rochester will become a two way street.

Broad Street will become a two-way street thanks to $400,000 in federal funding.

A separate half million dollar grant will do the same for St. Paul Street and North Clinton Avenue.

The project is designed to ease traffic and improve access for Rochester's new downtown bus terminal.
