Brockport, N.Y. - A Brockport resident is accused of bilking several investors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Eduardo Galan, 62, is charged with business fraud Federal investigators say he would promise to make private mortgage investments but used the money for personal expenses and to pay earlier investors.
If convicted, Galan faces up to 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine or both.
