Rochester, N.Y. - Monroe County Executive and Congressional candidate Maggie Brooks has filed a grievance with the Fair Election Practices Committee over a new ad by opponent Louise Slaughter.
The ad links Monroe County scandals to lost taxpayer monies -- Brooks says it is inaccurate.
A spokesperson for incumbent Slaughter maintains that it is, indeed, factual.
