Canandaigua, N.Y. - An Ontario County man is facing child pornography charges.
Jeffrey Schinsing, of Canandaigua is charged with possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child.
The child was under the age of 16.
Schinsing, 24, is being held on $25,000 bail.
