Rochester, N.Y. - Police say a drunk driver crashed into a gas station in the city early Friday morning.
According to police, a car with three people in it was driving on East Main Street around 2 a.m. when the car hit the curb which ruptured the car's break line.
The passengers took off but police caught the driver and have that person in custody.
Police say the damage to the building isn't too serious.
