Chili, N.Y. - Police have tracked down the driver of a car that crashed early Thursday morning, and then took off on foot.
Police say that around 1:15 a.m. the car hit a boulder on Chestnut Ridge Road and flipped on its roof.
The driver, 23-year old Brian Briggs of Ogden, took off.
Police used K-9 units to search for Riggs. Shortly after 4 a.m., police found him at a relative's house. He was taken to Strong Hospital for minor injuries.
Riggs is being ticketed for leaving the scene and several other traffic violations.
