Rochester, N.Y. - Police say traffic is open again on Route 590 after a car flipped over early Thursday morning.
State troopers say a driver was heading south of 590 near the Blossom Road Exit when he swerved to avoid animals and flipped his car.
He refused medical treatment and is expected to be okay.
The entrance to 590 South from Blossom was closed for about an hour.
