Buffalo, N.Y. (AP) - Carl Paladino, the combative former candidate for New York governor, is running for a seat on the Buffalo school board.
The developer is a longtime critic of the board and City Hall.
He regularly cites Buffalo's low high school graduation rate and performance on state tests.
