Bloomfield, Ontario County - A Bristol teen was indicted on criminally negligent homicide charges in the death of 19-year-old Dyllon Brewster.

Brewster died in May after police say he fell off of a moving pickup truck driven by 17-year-old Jeremiah Acquilano.

District Attorney Mike Tantillo says Acquilano sped up after his friend hopped onto the hood of the truck.

Acquilano plead not guilty to the charges and was released until his next hearing in December.
