Batavia, N.Y. - A man from Genesee County faces up to 21 years in prison after pleading guilty to felony burglary and escape.
John Cabrera, 22, admitted to breaking into a church in Batavia in July.
He was arrested and put in jail, but escaped from his cell.
Deputies re-captured him and charged him with escape.
Cabrera will be sentenced in December.
