Investigators say the suspects used a golf club to break a window leading into the school, then spray painted several items within the building. The most significant damage was done to the digital sign located on the front lawn of the high school.

The suspects caused over of $20,000 in damage.

The District issued a statement that says, "Superintendent Kissel stated that the District is saddened by the actions of these students.  We take pride in our school facilities and know that the vast majority of our students treat their school building and grounds with respect.  Unfortunately it was the thoughtless actions of a few that cost our district time and money to address the vandalism that occurred."
