Cell Phones Approved For Some Churchville-Chili Schools

Churchville, N.Y. – The Churchville-Chili School Board approved the use of cell phones by students in grades seven through 12 Tuesday night.

The school board decided fifth and sixth graders will not be allowed to use cell phones during the school day.

The district will also adopt a stoplight system for use of cell phones and other digital devices. It will be up to the teacher as to when digital devices may be used during instructional experiences.
