City To Present Midtown Plans Thursday Night
Rochester, N.Y. - City officials plan to present their designs for the open space areas at the Midtown Plaza redevelopment site Thursday night.
The presentation will include designs for streets, sidewalks, greenery and a small park and pavilion.
The city is now constructing a new underground tunnel to serve downtown businesses. Meanwhile, the Windstream building is nearing completion and will open this summer.
The public information meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Central Library.
