Washington, D.C. - A proposed law in Washington would pay tribute to Rochester's Frederick Douglass.

A bill in the House and Senate would move a bronze sculpture of the abolitionist to the Capitol Building.

The bill was introduced by New York Senator Charles Schumer.

No word on when it will be taken up for a vote.
