Rochester, N.Y. - Construction begins next week on areas surrounding the
New Erie Harbor Project.
About 130 new units painted in bold colors are already in place on Mt. Hope
Avenue along the Genesee River.
The construction will add landscaping and pathways to the grounds.
The improvements are scheduled to be completed by the fall.
