Albany, N.Y. - (AP) - Quick action by a woman kept a drunk man from driving away with a limousine filled with members of a bachelorette party celebrating at a New York casino.

Saratoga Springs police say 22-year-old Tyler Bellick of Schenectady was intoxicated when he jumped into a limo at Saratoga Casino and Raceway early Sunday morning and started to drive away with about a dozen women inside the vehicle.

Michele Swart tells the Times Union of Albany that another member of the bachelorette party climbed over the limo's divider, grabbed Bellick by the neck and shifted the vehicle out of drive. Bellick fled on foot with several of the women giving chase. He was caught by casino security guards and held for police.

Bellick's charges include DWI and grand larceny. Information on his lawyer wasn't available.
