Clarkson, N.Y. - Jason Graham, 39, has died after he crashed into a tree Sunday night on Sweden Walker Road.
According to Cpl. John Helfer of the Monroe County Sheriff's office, deputies received a call about 9:30 Sunday evening and went to the location about a mile north of Route 104.
When they arrived, they found a 1981 Mazda RX-7 off the side of the road where it had hit a tree.
Graham was taken to Lakeside Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
