Albany, N.Y. - People in New York who make minimum wage could be in line for a raise.

Governor Cuomo is expected to call for increasing it to $10 an hour in his State of the State address Wednesday.

That would be an increase of $2.75 an hour, as minimum wage now is $7.25 an hour.
