Rochester, N.Y. – Around midnight there was a head-on crash at Route 104 and Culver Road.
It is likely one vehicle was traveling west in an eastbound lane of 104 -- without its headlights on -- when it hit another vehicle head-on.
Both people involved were uninjured.
Police believe the suspect, Claudine Chartier, was intoxicated.
Chartier, 36, of Paxton Road, Rochester, is charged with DWI.
