Livingston Co., N.Y. – Local village police from Avon, Caledonia, Dansville, Geneseo, Mt. Morris and Nunda, along with Livingston County Sheriff's Deputies will be kicking off a DWI crackdown week starting today.
It is designed to coincide with Halloween, according to the sheriff.
Tickets will be handed out to violators of state vehicle and traffic laws in an effort to reduce the number of crashes, injuries and deaths on county roads.
