Farmington, N.Y. - An Ontario County woman is facing charges for allegedly driving with a blood alcohol content of more than twice the legal limit.
Police arrested 55-year-old Debra Biehler after getting calls about an erratic driver on Route 96 in Farmington.
Biehler admitted she had been drinking in Victor earlier that night.
She failed breathalyzer and sobriety tests with a blood alcohol content higher than .18.
Biehler faces aggravated DWI charges.
