East Rochester, N.Y. - After an election and a vote recount, East Rochester's Village and Town Board will select a new village justice Tuesday night, November 20.
It's happening this way because a vote count ended in a tie.
The board will select either Dennis Greco or David Bonnachi for a one-year term.
Voters will decide on who will maintain the seat in an election next November.
