(13WHAM-TV) - One of the charges against a local attorney has been dropped.
James Doyle was arrested in Pembroke in August for driving erratically.
Police say they found Doyle parked illegally, slumped over the wheel, with a woman they believed to be a prostitute.
Doyle maintained the woman was a friend.
Tuesday the prostitution charge was dropped. The charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawfully Dealing With A Child still stand.
