Hamlin, N.Y. - A driver now faces charges for a deadly crash in October in Hamlin.
Robert Mastowski, 51, is charged with vehicular manslaughter and DWI in the death of Louis Alayon, 25.
Investigators said Mastowski caused the crash when he drove into the path of an oncoming car on Brick Schoolhouse Road.
