Geneva, N.Y. - A woman faces felony DWI charges after police say she crashed into a home in Geneva Saturday night.
Police say Shanna Downing, 24, of Geneva, was driving drunk when she crashed into a home on Middle Street in Geneva just after 6 p.m. Saturday.
Downing is charged under Leandra's Law, because her two children, ages four and five, were in her vehicle at the time of the crash.
Downing and her children were not injured in the crash.
The home was not seriously damaged.
