Rochester, N.Y. - Police say a driver is at Strong Hospital after he flipped his car while fleeing after he was stopped by police.
Rochester police say they pulled the car over on Lyell Avenue for a normal traffic stop. But the driver quickly sped away.
Officers chose not to pursue him as he drove over a bridge before hitting a curb on Upper Falls Boulevard and flipping his car.
He was taken to Strong with apparently minor injuries.
No charges have been filed yet.
