Rochester, N.Y. - A man was driving eastbound on East Avenue when he crashed into a car parked near Colby Street around 2:30 a.m. Friday.

The impact caused a chain reaction crash.

Police say Theodore Hill's vehicle flipped onto its roof, and he sustained minor injuries. Police say Hill ran from the scene and was spotted by an officer shortly afterwards.

He was taken to Strong Hospital as a precaution for what appeared to be minor injuries.

Police say speed was a factor in the crash.

Hill is charged with felony DWI and leaving the scene of an accident.
