Irondequoit, N.Y. – Michael Hanna is set to appear in court today for a fatal hit and run.
He claims he did not know he hit anyone.
Hanna, 30, of Irondequoit, is charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
Police say Hanna struck and killed Vaughn Steele, 26, as he walked along East Avenue on January 29.
Hanna turned himself in 3 hours later.
