Rochester, N.Y. - A man and woman pleaded guilty to drug charges Wednesday.
Alexander Megens-Sedor, 24, and Alexandria Williams, 23, both of Rochester, admitted to illegally selling Mephedrone.
The drug stimulates the central nervous system and can be used as an ingredient in bath salts.
They will be sentenced in January.
