Rochester, N.Y. – Rochester Gas and Electric will hand out dry ice Friday, November 2, to customers who still do not have power.
People without power will be able to pick up free dry ice from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
The dry ice will also be available at the RG&E office on West Avenue in Rochester, and at the fire departments in West Webster, Williamson and South Butler.
